Clinical Director/Rehabilitation Counselor
Ms. Laskowski is the founder and Clinical Director of Centennial Rehabilitation, was instrumental in the program development of the services we offer, and currently oversees the Pain Wellness Program. Coming from a vocational rehabilitation background, Ms. Laskowski has long preached that medical care and rehabilitation need to be practical, in that the outcomes they generate need to relate in a meaningful fashion to the world of work and home life in which a patient exists.

In addition to providing rehabilitation and biofeedback services to patients, Ms. Hause is responsible for the overall program coordination of our Pain Medicine and Head Injury Rehabilitation programs.
