Payment and Insurance Issues

Patients can be referred to our programs by their health care providers or insurance carriers. Call us at 303-368-4500 and our Patient Care Consultant can answer any questions you might have and arrange for your physician to get information about our services.

We accept a variety of health insurances – almost all the major carriers – and all types of workers’ compensation insurance coverage. (Please note however that we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare)

Upon referral of an insured patient we will call the insurance carrier to verify benefits and to ascertain if any pre-authorization is necessary.

Patients who are not using insurance can arrange to finance the charge for care in our programs over time if they wish. We also accept Visa and Mastercard for any co-pays or co-insurance for which a patient is responsible.
